We had a wonderful, professional experience today with Aaron. He fixed our phone line issues but also gave me his honest, professional opinion on updating our current electrical issues when I asked about them. We really enjoyed that he took the time to take care of our issues and he had a very kind and caring attitude. Thank you so much Tann Electric and Aaron. We definitely will be using Tann again soon to update our other electrical issues.

Tann was very responsive to our requests for an estimate. Due unforeseen changes in contractors, we could not move forward with their bid. I like that I was presented with multiple options to get the job done. I would highly recommend Tann, they are definitely on our preferred vendors list going forward for electrical contractors. A special thanks to Vicky, she ensured all my project related questions were answered.

We had initially contacted another company to take care of an electrical issue for us. The company that we called did not have anyone on hand that could come out within 24hrs so they recommended Tann Electric. We followed their recommendation and we were very pleased with the service we received. Tann Electric was able to send someone out immediately. The gentleman was able to assess the problem and fixed it. We are extremely happy with the work we received, the timeliness, the professionalism, and the total cost was reasonable. We highly recommend Tann Electric!

After unresponsive electricians caused a week delay in our project, I reached out to Tann on a recommendation. I was immediately scheduled for a visit. Jon arrived when scheduled and took his time to carefully review our project. He met with my remodeler and problem solved. While others might find the pricing high, in my experience the price was in-line with previous work that did not provide promised service. After months of struggling to get our project done mostly due to the electrical, paying a bid toward the upper end and having service the next day is worth it.

We used Tann Electric for the first time today and had a great experience! They were able to provide a same-day appointment and the technician showed up within a couple of hours of my call. Juan was very professional and quickly identified and fixed the issue. I appreciated his thorough explanations of what was wrong as well. I highly recommend Tann, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

Brian was able to make himself available earlier than expected and called to verify that I would also be available at the earlier time. He arrived when he stated and was very professional and personable. I explained the wiring issue I was having and he was able to identify the root cause and walk me through the resolution in a timely manner in a method that was easy for me to understand. He was absolutely amazing throughout the repair and I was very happy with the work that he did.

I had Mike and Jason come out to my property and they did an amazing job! Very polite and communicated great. They cleaned up after them selves after all the work they did. They went above and beyond to get the lights back on for my residents and found the issue in a timely fashion. Plan on having them do more electrical work for us in the future. Thanks again guys!!
